McGlinchey Stafford?s McGlinchey Stafford Baton Rouge office seeks Registered US Patent Attorney with a least 7 years of chemical patent practice experience. Experience must include preparation and prosecution of chemical patent applications, legal opinion work in the chemical patent field and patent portfolio management.  First chair IP litigation experience may be useful, but is not required. Candidates should have an undergraduate or graduate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field with excellent academic credentials.

Pay will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials.
