Peachtree Playthings, in cooperation with the CPSC, issued a voluntary recall of Fork and Spoon Sets because the middle prongs on the fork can detach, posing a choking risk.
To date, the company has received one report of a fork prong detaching, in connection with the recalled product.
The recall involves 127,000 Scooby Doo, Tweety and Batman & Robin Fork and Spoon Sets sold at Dollar Tree Stores and Deals Stores.
Consumers are advised to take the recalled product away from small children and return them to any Dollar Tree for a refund.
