SNSFE Investigates Rhonda Breard And ING Financial For Fraud Over Extensive Investment Losses

By James Eccleston

ADVERTISEMENTS

SNSFE attorneys are investigating ING Financial and the firm's adviser, Rhonda Breard.  Ms. Breard purportedly has converted $8 million from ING clients for her own personal use and to maintain an extremely lavish lifestyle.  She issued bogus statements created for clients showing account balances that were inconsistent with the actual client account balances.  Purportedly, she converted those funds for her own personal use.

Prior to 2010 she had been suspended by FINRA and had had multiple customer complaints.  She previously resigned from Smith Barney over allegations related to unauthorized trading.  Accordingly, there were multiple red flags in her past that should have led to heightened supervision by ING.  But ING did not terminate her employment until the firm was told by a client of what she was doing.

Ms. Breard was last seen on February 10th, the day that her office was shuttered after she lost her broker agreement with ING Financial and the ability to act as a broker in 9 states.

Those with information concerning Ms. Breard should feel free to contact attorneys at SNSFE.
