Information Regarding Performance Evaluation of Court Administrators Requested

By David Badertscher, PLL

ADVERTISEMENTS

Dear Colleagues:

We are assisting the Judiciary of Serbia to introduce the position of Court Administrator into the court system.  A Working Group of judges and local senior staff is charged, among other things, with developing criteria for evaluating the performance of court administrators.  I am aware of the publications of NACM and NCSC relative to Core Curriculum, Court Administrator Manual, etc. but none of these, to my knowledge,  contains criteria specifically for evaluation of performance, although these materials could be useful in crafting criteria.

If any of you uses or knows of a set of criteria for evaluating performance of court administrators, we would appreciate knowing about it so that the Working Group here does not have to re-invent the wheel if one exists.  Thank you.
