Marc-

In all due respect, well on second thought, I don't have that much respect for you at this point, even if your father is a former US Attorney General.

What? I should be impressed? My father was f--king Midas Madoff!!

The fact that you're claiming that your piss ant client Dimes DiPascali was even remotely 'helpful' in bagging Friehling, Jerry O'Hara and George Perez is insulting; even to someone that's as insulting as me!

Then again, I'm hearing that the Feebs spend half their day interrogating "Dad's blog" to find the really tasty clues--and the fact that it took them 11 months to catch up with O'Hara and Perez, two of only 10 employees that worked for Dad for 16 years down on 17, and the only ones that had anything to do with those computers, only tells me that the Feds couldn't find a hole if it had hair on it.

Frank helped finger Friehling?? Give me a break. The clown signed all of the IRS filings, and he's the first place that any half-wit would have looked to find out who helped out. Yes--that's right; the feds are half-wits if they needed Frank to finger Friehling--especially when Dad's blog outed that fisherman a year ago!

And the way he screwed up my tax returns, I'm going to be spending a fortune just straightening out that mess.

That's why I'm setting up a disaster recovery business. Its all about experience with disasters. And, who do you think blew the real whistles?? Me and Mark! And, I'm going to use my whistle-blower award from the SEC to capitalize on it.

Between reading about your ridiculous claims, Picard's refusal to pay real claims, and all of this lawyer game-playing, the whole thing is making me want to curl up in a fetal position.

Speaking of playing games--Ike says that you still haven't paid him the referral fee, but if you really want to play games, use your iTunes account to download a new, and totally awesome Poker game--its called ESP Poker. Just click on the link to check it out.

Almost scary that the f--king game was created by a 16-year old! But when you check it out, you'll appreciate that this kid could swim circles around you and those feebs! Anyway, your "Frankie boy" is going to love playing it while he cools his heels...just make sure that he's allowed to use his iPhone in the can. Let me spell it for you: E-S-P P-O-K-E-R

Ha!

btw--Since Frankie's not going anywhere too soon, Nan Bongiorno wants to know whether she should look to you to pay for the ding repairs on her Bentley.

I say let them all eat cake--Crupi's Cupcakes! Ha! Get it??

Of course I'm f--king bitter! Why shouldn't I be?? Frankie D. somehow has $10 million to post in bond, while my assets are frozen! Worse still, only 10 f--king people showed up to the firm's Christmas -Reunion party last night, and not only did I get stuck with the bill, but now I'm down to my last case of Soapopular!!

Something just isn't right.
