McKenna Long - Two real estate attorneys promoted to partner

1321 Real estate attorneys David Larsen and Timothy Scott were promoted to partner at the McKenna Long's Los Angeles office.

Larsen, top left, works largely on commercial lending, real estate finance, real property acquisition and disposition, commercial leasing, workouts, debtor-in-possession finance, enterprise acquisition and disposition, corporate entity formation and governance and other transactional matters.

1705 Scott, bottom left, has focused on corporate, commercial and real estate matters for over 20 years. Scott's represented hundreds of public and private companies.
