: Atlanta Personal Injury LawyerAtlanta, Georgia Firefighter Pulls Two People From Burning Car
By Jessica Smagacz
Earlier today around 11 am, 33 year old Karen Nowakowski, an Atlanta, Georgia firefighter, was on her way to run an errand and was not on duty.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Nowakowski knew she had to stop to help, after seeing one of the three cars catch on fire. She had to help the driver and passenger out of the car that was on fire. She actually pulled both men out of the driver's side.
Nowakowski said, 'It was like another day at work. I'm not a hero. It was just a fluke thing.'
Her fellow co-workers call her a 'great firefighter.' She sure is humble and it's great seeing people genuinely care about helping others.
