Ronald Chen (Rutgers-Newark Law School Class of 1983), former Associate Dean of the Rutgers-Newark School of Law and now Public Advocate of the State of New Jersey, has been named Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal. See the article in the December 31, 2007 issue of NJLJ. The Public Advocate's web site has information on his work on reforming eminent domain in New Jersey, as well as his biography.
