The family of a Florida man killed in a 2008 plane crash has filed a lawsuit accusing the pilot of negligence. According to the lawsuit, David Castle should have aborted the flight from the Bahamas because of severe weather conditions in the area. The plane reportedly exploded in mid-air while traveling to Florida, according to witnesses. The lawsuit seeks damages from the pilot's estate and Bell Aircraft Sales & Service.
