By Howard Knopf, Esq.
ADVERTISEMENTS
J. D. Salinger, now 90 years old, sues - again. The remarkably reclusive, litigious and non-prolific (as far we know from publications) writer has sued over the expected publication in the USA of an "unauthorized sequel" called 60 Years Later: Coming Through the Rye, written by someone who the WSJ calls "a purported American living in Sweden named John David California." There's a briefFull post as published by Excess Copyright on June 02, 2009 (boomark / email).
