Kimberly M. Talley joined Mitchell Silberberg's labor and employment group in Los Angeles as a partner.
Talley litigates employment discrimination, wage and hour and wrongful termination claims in state and federal courts and before administration agencies. Talley will be representing management at Mitchell Silberberg. She's obtained summary judgments for employers and individual defendants against claims of disability discrimination, race discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation
Talley was previously a partner at L.A.'s Kauff McClain.
