By Raśl
The National Association of Legal Fee Analysis (NALFA), based in Chicago, Illinois, has just launched a Starter Website.
With the support of legal scholars, NALFA was founded in 2007 by Marketing Executive Terence Jesse to fulfill a market-based need in the legal community. NALFA is a non-profit organization specializing in attorney fees and legal billing. They are an independent, non-partisan organization not affiliated with the defense or plaintiffs? bar.
Their standard for analyzing and evaluating attorney fees is reasonableness. The NALFA Best Practices are the generally accepted principles of the legal bill review profession. They apply to all qualified professionals who review, analyze, and evaluate legal fees.
