Kim McLane Wardlaw, a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals judge whose chambers are located in Pasadena, is among those considered as a candidate to replace Supreme Court Justice David Souter when he steps down from the bench next month.Wardlaw, whose mother is Mexican-American, is
married to Bill Wardlaw, the one-time campaign manager of former Los
Angeles mayor James Hahn. She was named to the 9th circuit by President
Bill Clinton in 1998. Before becoming a judge, Wardlaw worked as a litigator at the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny and Myers LLP.Click here for the full story.
