Sex-trafficking ringleader gets 13 years in prison

Houston Chronicle: "The mastermind of a human trafficking ring that smuggled women from Central America to work in Houston cantinas as virtual sex slaves was sentenced Monday to 13 years in federal prison. The case involving Maximino Mondragon, 57, remains one of the largest human trafficking rings ever uncovered in the United States."
