Our target candidate has a BS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, and preferably has several years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Candidates should be registered to practice before the USPTO. Admission to the NV or TX bar is preferred but not required for the right candidate. In addition to patent prosecution, the position offers an opportunity to handle general legal matters for the Company covering a myriad of subjects.
