* A note for your diaries: the Bench and Bar Art Exhibition is being held in Old Hall, Lincoln's Inn from April 22 to 24. The event combines works of art from lawyers, such as Colin Nicholls, QC, those who have retired from the profession, including four watercolours from Sir Jonathan Parker, the retired Court of Appeal judge, and paintings from His Honour Adrian Head. As usual there are also a number of professional artist's exhibiting who are related to members of the Bench or Bar, such as Jane Corsellis and Marcia Gibson-Watt. The exhibition is open to the public from noon to 7.30pm on the first two days and from noon to 2.30pm on the final day.
