Previously Beyond Structured Settlements tagline was "collaborative thinking and commentary about the Internet impacts four overlapping markets ? structured settlements, personal injury settlement planning, special needs planning and the secondary insurance and annuity markets". Indeed this description still haunts Hindert in certain indexes.

Is HIndert skulking from his position that route one to structured settlement growth is through factoring and the secondary markets?

Our visual and aural senses will tell us if in fact "IT IS a duck" that we have on our hands.
