: IBLS Internet Law BlogOur company is selling only Walmart products, can we use their website's images without infringing copyrights?
By IBLS Editor
I am in the process of opening a business that will allow users to shop online for groceries which we in turn deliver to their door. We would like to have photos for all of our products, but we are concerned about copyright infringement. Our service shops exclusively at Walmart. If we are only selling Walmart products, can we use images obtained from Walmart's website to sell those products without infringing on copyrights of those images? If we can't use the photos directly, could we link to the product information on the site?
Thanks for the help.
