Access to Church for Sex Offenders

I have been sometimes disturbed to hear of sex offenders being denied access to church under circumstances that strike me as egregious and punitive (ie denied access by their PO despite full knowledge of the entire church community of the offenders offense). The probation office has now promulgated a Download ChurchSafetyPlan.pdf I had not seen before. It is apparently recent and in response to some of the concerns that I and perhaps others have expressed in the past.
