I hate my neighbors....

I live in a downstairs apartment and I absolutely hate it! My upstairs neighbors are so loud! At 5 am every morning their dog wakes up and proceeds to bark for 10 minutes until they tell it to shut up. Then the guy upstairs starts banging doors, dropping things, and walks around with what sounds like weights on his feet! Then after he makes himself something in the blender he is out the door to work, or wherever else it is that he goes. That is when his wife gets up and proceeds to make even more noise then he does. She stomps around and plays horrible music at full blast. My poor dog gets so upset that she hides in the bathroom. I have complained to the front office, but nothing ever changes. I cannot wait until this semester is over, so that I can live and sleep in peace again.
