As for me, I hope that this is 2009's way of saying "Look Daisy, it can only get better from here." 

 Because it is, isn't it? I mean, at some point it has to be ok.

I'd also like to just say I'm sorry for my lack of hilarity and good stories around these pages. I was browsing through my archives, and dang it, I used to be funny. I realized that my "funny" left me when I started studying for the bar, which was followed of course by waiting for results, and then the Job from Hell, and then losing my Job from Hell and now this. I suppose that is my weak way of telling you that I have excuses, but they are just that. Excuses. I've been pondering what to do with this little corner of the internet. Perhaps one day I'll unmask myself? Lose the anonymity? Post some photos of happy days (because I maintain those days will come) so you can judge if my hair really is all that blonde & curly or if my eyes are as green as they appear to me in the mirror. Of course if I did that, I'd lose (read: delete)  my archives and as BISMOW said "So you are going to scrap years of something successful and try to fix something that isn't broken?" I don't have a magic formula, and I'm not sure where to find my funny. Fingers crossed it comes back again soon. In the meantime, if you hang in here with me, I promise I'll bring back the mojo. Or at least the stories of accidental self-inflicted injuries (recently I discovered the hidden dangers of an Orville Redenwhateverhisnamewas popcorn box....but I'll save that one for another time.)
