Welcome Guest Blogger Ned Snow

The hits just keep on coming this week as we welcome Ned Snow from the University of Arkansas School of Law as a guest blogger. Ned teaches property, law and Internet, and decedents' estates, and his writing focuses on intellectual property and Internet law. His most recent publication is Copytraps, 84 Indiana Law Journal (forthcoming 2008). Like me Ned is a former Fifth Circuit clerk (Judge Edith Brown Clement) and an alum of Baker Botts LLP, and we are very much looking forward to reading his posts over the next two weeks.
