A recent article details a public law library located in Worcester, Massachussets. It is located in a courthouse constructed which dates to 1845. The law library is the only area of the antiquated courth which is in use and results in heating costs of over seven hundred dollars each day. However, in order to provide public equal access to legal materials the law library remains staffed as a transition plan is in place to move the library to a modern building.
