: E-Commerce LawSix People All E-Commerce Lawyers Should Follow on Twitter
Recently, E-Commerce Law started using Twitter, the popular microblogging site, to post short items of news and commentary to which we would not ordinarily devote an entire post on this blog. In just a few days, we've developed a growing following, mostly among law professors and other attorneys with an interest in e-commerce law.
Inspired by Darren Rowse at TwiTip, we decided to compile a list of other people on Twitter who regularly post information and commentary of interest to e-commerce attorneys and online businesses - our "Six People All E-Commerce Lawyers Should Follow on Twitter." The list is neither exhaustive nor exclusionary. There are certainly other people on Twitter worth following for their insight into the legal issues affecting Internet businesses and our list would be of interest to anyone involved in transacting business over the Internet, not just attorneys who represent e-commerce companies.
With that disclaimer in mind, we suggest that you use Twitter to follow news and commentary posted by:
- Evan Brown of Internet Cases;
- Eric Goldman of the Technology & Marketing Law Blog;
- Kevin Thompson of Cyberlaw Central;
- Brett Trout of BlawgIT
- Professor Michael Scott of Southwestern Law School; and
- Dennis Kennedy.Blog
The list is in no particular order and, not surprisingly, includes the authors of a few of the blogs we read regularly. If you know of someone who should be included on the list but wasn't, please leave a comment with a link to their Twitter profile.
