Yamaha Rhino 660 Lawsuits Filed In Georgia To Protect Consumers Rights

According to numerous reports and news articles, the Yamaha Rhino 660 continues to cause serious and fatal injures as a result of its now well documented product design defects. The Yamaha Rhino has been noted to roll over without warning at slow speeds thereby causing thousands of injuries to its users and riders. A subsequent recall notice concering the Yamaha Rhino 660 was initiated in 2007. U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission further documented many problems and concerns related to the dangers of ATVs in their Annual Report of ATV-Related Deaths and Injuries. The Yamaha Rhino 660 and its documented dangers are specifically included in this report.
