Maria Rodriguez joins Winston & Strawn in L.A. as partner

Labor and employment litigator Maria Rodriguez joined Winston & Strawn's Los Angeles office as a partner.

Rodriguez, who was previously at Seyfarth Shaw, represents clients in all aspects of employment law -- focusing on wage and hour class action defense. She also defends employers in Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification Act class actions, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of employment contract, unlawful business practices, non-solicitation, trade secrets, and other employment related cases.

Rodriguez is on the executive committee of the L.A. County Bar Association's labor and employment law section.
