Elizabeth Dole is losing badly in her race for reelection in North Carolina and she's now trying to smear her opponent by associating her with evil atheists. See the flyer her campaign put out here. She calls atheists "the most vile, radical liberals in America." The flyer even cited directly a friend of Dispatches, Daylight Atheism. Jesse Helms would be so proud of Liddy.
