A Fair Question

ADVERTISEMENTS
Good video from Mark Halperin of Time, who almost nails Robert Gibbs, Obama's communications director.

Obama was on two charity boards with Bill Ayers (helping the poor and children).

Doesn't that indicate that Obama feels it's ok to be in professional relationships with terrorists?

Fair point, right? Gibbs can say yes, it's ok because helping the poor and children are really valuable causes; or because it was the Annenberg Challenge, and Annenberg was a Republican.

But Gibbs won't answer the question.

For good reason.

If McCain were on the board of Amnesty International with Timothy McVeigh *after* the Oklahoma City bombing, that might say a lot about McCain's judgment, even if Amnesty International were a darn good organization.
