Mocking trial

ADVERTISEMENTS
I watched some of the final round of the same trial I did the prelims for. The students were amazing. Ah-mazing. Can't commend them highly enough... even the witnesses.

But there were a couple of moments where I was thinking "ooo she should have objected to that" or "don't back down, you've won this objection" or "that's not how you refresh recollection--he's not supposed to testify off the document... its not in evidence!"

You know, all the stuff I myslef couldn't do correctly during the intramural?

Man, trial advocacy is soooooo much easier from the gallery. True of a lot of things, I guess.
