Customer Service Dud: BHC Marketing

There appears to be a great disparity in service offered by different national wholesale marketing organizations dealing with the annuity brokerage community.

Are you are broker in need of an alternative Single Premium Immediate Annuity (SPIA) quote? Then I can tell you that Stephan Hutter at BHC Marketing isn't your guy. This lemon interrupted my business day umpteen times in 2 years despite telling him the major focus of my business. His reward for his persistence was an opportunity. I finally gave him a shot in April and today I gave him another shot. After waiting 4 hours for a quote that he had earlier promised to deliver, he failed to come through when it counted.

My next move was to call another wholesaler whose organization is better equipped to handle such requests and delivered what was needed in minutes.
