In einem aktuellen Urteil des OLG Frankfurt (Az. 14 U 146/07) vom 17.06.2008 hatte sich das Gericht mit dem Spielfilm ?Rohtenburg? auseinanderzusetzen. In der Pressemitteilung des OLG Frankfurt wird dazu ausgeführt:
