Thelen Reid promotes two to partner

Thelen Reid promoted Alexandra Epand and Jennifer L. Golberg to partner at their Los Angeles office.

Epand focuses on corporate securities and complex business litigation inlolving SEC, NASD, CFTC, PCAOB investigations and enforcement actions. She's also works on environmental litigation, products liability and toxic torts - having defended product manufacturers, contractors and premises owners in suits involving pesticides, asbestos, and mold.

Golberg represents employers and individuals in state and federal labor and employment litigation, specializing in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation and other workplace torts. She also advises clients on litigation prevention tactics, employee relations and all matters of representation before state and federal agencies.
