Arizona attorney honored for saving life in San Diego

The Port of San Diego honored Arizona attorney John Jongeward last Tuesday for helping to saving the life of a 70 year old man who had a heart attack on June 28 at the Harbor Island marina, The Sun reported (here).

The harbor police chief told Jongeard that the man would have died if he hadn't administered CPR when he did.

Jongeward told The Sun he was walking down a dock when an elderly man called him over to help the man.

When Jongeward was 13, he saved a drowning kid out of the Pacific Ocean, The Sun reported.
