A client pleading on 10/10 (last day for trial)...especially after I wear my "meet the jury" suit.Getting assigned 65 NEW cases in a month's time.Not being able to speak to my Spanish speaking clients (Yes, I have plenty of interpreters, but I wish I could speak to them directly...why did I take French in high school?!)Waiting for discovery.Knowing my client substituted me out for a far more expensive and far less qualified attorney.Probation violations.Explaining to my judge at least 10 times a day why my client needs his umpteenth extension to complete/enroll in domestic violence classes/community service.NO TRIALS!!!
