Eine Filesharing-Nutzerin, die trotz Verwendung eines nicht zum Upload geeigneten modifizierten eMule-Clients abgemahnt wurde, will nun mittels einer negativen Feststellungsklage überprüfen lassen, wie beweiskräftig die von der Logfirma Media Protector gesammelten Daten wirklich sind.

Die Beschuldigte hatte Ende Januar ein Schreiben einer Staatsanwaltschaft erhalten, in dem sie über die Einstellung eines Verfahrens informiert wurde. (…)
