Es ist im Grunde ganz einfach. Das hier lesen. Dann verstehen. Dann sich äußern. Es geht aber auch anders:

Pech für Kindermörder Magnus Gaefgen (Foto) und alle moralisierenden Gutmenschen, die von Folter faselten: Der europäische Gerichtshof, den Gaefgen anrief, damit ihm Recht geschehe, erkannte in der Androhung von Folter keine Menschenrechtsverletzung.

Gern nochmal:

In the light of the above, the Court considers that in the course of the questioning by E. on 1 October 2002 the applicant was subjected to inhuman treatment prohibited by Article 3 of the Convention.

Eu égard à ce qui précède, la Cour considère que, au cours de l'interrogatoire auquel a procédé E. le 1er octobre 2002, le requérant a été soumis à un traitement inhumain prohibé par l'article 3 de la Convention
