By Cleveland Law Library
The 8th District Court of Appeals in Cuyahoga County is in the process of returning to its former system of distributing new opinions as soon as they are announced. This means that you will immediately be able to access opinions electronically again at the following link. As you know from reading a prior blog post, the 8th District Court of Appeals recently experimented with a new system of only releasing hard copies the day decisions were issued and delaying all electronic access for 10 days for journalization of the orders and potential changes that might have to be made to opinions.
