Gluttons for punishment, Kyle and Josh over at PA Tracer have started tracking patent case filings. (Hey, with the Cisco Kid on vacation somebody's got to do it). Today they posted on the case filings from May here with some useful info in some of the higher profile cases. In basic stats, 240 cases were filed, with the ED Tex and the CD Cal tying for first place with 22 each, and Delaware third at 18. Six (out of 94) districts were in double digits.
