I have oral argument this morning in a capital case, so blogging will resume tonight or tomorrow. There's not much local news of interest today. The US Supreme Court issued two opinions this morning. It also held that a mere concealment of money during as it is transported is not enough to support a conviction for money-laundering. Scotusblog has details and links to the opinions. The Court did not grant certiorari in any new cases.
