High court overturns slaying convictions FROM COURIER JOURNAL

The high court ruled that current Supreme Court Justice Lisabeth Hughes Abramson, who was then the circuit court judge in the Fugett case, erred in not eliminating a potential juror who told attorneys he would give more credibility to a police officer's testimony than other witnesses.
