Das LG Hamburg hatte sich in der letzten Zeit mit drei Verfahren zu beschäftigen, in denen es um die Nutzung des Google AdWord-Programmes ging.

Das Gericht entschied, dass potenzielle Werbeinserenten keinen Anspruch haben auf die Teilnahme am Google AdWord-Programm. In den vorliegenden Fällen hatten Usenet-Provider geklagt, da ihnen die Werbung verwehrt wurde.
