Chuck is his name and slingin' great beer is his game. He was with the two owners Ed and Richard for the past 16 years and now it's great to see the company doing well. He slipped a sample pack in the garage for me, and I started with the Scottish Ale -- then I looked at the bottle and he looked at me and we had a good laugh. It's his image on the bottle!

And yah, like anyone with any common sense he thinks the Bruce McKay issue has a lot more to it than meets the eye. FWIW I love their Scottish Ale. Not too hoppy (I love hops though so YMMV) and not overwhelming on the palate but certainly a complex and strong-bodied beer. Goes good with tonight's leftovers from the DeLux.
