Law Schools Of The Southwest

By Chuck Newton

ADVERTISEMENTS

Oh, the Great Southwest -- Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.  It is now one of the fastest growing areas of the country in terms of population, which means that law school positions are probablySouthwest not keeping up.  A drier climate than most states in the Union, it is rich in Mexican-American and Native-American culture.  The Infilaw System, a for-profit group, has recently opened up Phoenix School of Law in Phoenix, Arizona, which was one of the largest cities in the Country without a law school.  And, beginning in the 2009-10 school year, Texas will have the new University of North Texas School of Law.  Otherwise, below are your choices if this is the experience you want:

Arizona

New Mexico

Oklahoma

Texas
