If you are thinking about law school, Ohio still has a lot going for it. First, it is centrally located in the Great Lakes region of the county, and is easily accessible to students from all of the surrounding states. The same is true for its position as part of the great Midwest. It has a number of large dynamic cities,
including Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron and Dayton. Each has a law school. At nine law schools, it has more than Texas, for example, which has a larger population than Ohio. Although the state is a little down on its luck due to the economy, it offers a lot of amenities much cheaper than what the cost of living might be in other states.
