Have you ever called a lawyer's office to ask for advice or information; didn't like the information you got, and started arguing with the attorney?

In this video I describe how a caller might get upset with the information I'm giving to them over the phone. Once in a while a caller is not happy with the information I provide and gets upset because I will not accept their case.

In that instance, I always ask "Why are you arguing with me? I'm trying to help you." Watch the video to learn more.

To learn more about how medical malpractice cases work in New York, I encourage you to explore my New York Medical Malpractice trial lawyer website.
