: My Memphis Attorney!Ghost Restaurants

At the corner of Mt. Moriah and Winchester in the back of the shopping center was Eastern China. A large auditorium like cavern, much like the Communist dining venue in a travel chanel picture it featured sweet and sour pork and the staples. We always got the pork fried rice which still is the best I've ever had with deep soy flavored port and I remember when I was young we went in back and saw their bean sprout machine.
Its closed now.
In terms of a really faded memory I remember Willingham's when it was a restaurant. A barbecue place with cloth tablecloths. Obviously, closed now.
I remember on Overton Square there was this place with a chef who cooked all the food with one waitress, real hole in the wall. Had a really good scallop.
Restaurants are one of the saddest things to see go out of business after they've been there for awhile. The stories, deals, and the personalities on should be remembered.
