Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, a mid-size law firm focusing exclusively on Intellectual Property law, is actively seeking an associate for its national patent litigation and reexamination practice. Candidates must have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering and desirably have an advanced degree and/or industry experience. Candidates should have superior academic credentials, 2+ years of experience in patent litigation and/or reexamination, and an interest in including both litigation and reexamination as parts of their practice. Candidates should also be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (or be able and willing to become registered). Finally, candidates must have a commitment to living in beautiful Portland, Oregon.
