Time Warner Cable Live Chat: Pathetic

My mother's Time Warner Cable (RoadRunner) e-mail stopped working today. Their website heavily promotes their Live Chat support option. It was terrible, and the subsequent phone adventure may actually be worse (it continues as I type). Cable providers are, of course, notorious for poor customer service.
