By Brad Jenkins

ADVERTISEMENTS
Multiple companies that target the litigation support industry were recently named to the 2008 Inc 5000 list, an expansion of the Inc. 500, which Inc. introduced in 1982. The Inc. 5000 includes the Inc. 500 but digs deeper to offer the most comprehensive look ever at the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy.

Trial Solutions, which ranked 899th, is a leading end-to-end litigation support technology company offering the Litigation Support Ecosystem®, a single source solution to provide litigation support providers of law firms and the legal departments within the Fortune 1000 with the technology, services and consulting required to support the entire case lifecycle. Trial Solutions services the legal industry through its brands ImageDepot?, Attorney Solutions and Discovery Law in 90 metropolitan regions in the US and Canada.

Valora Tech, which ranked 3,786th, is the leading supplier of automated document processing solutions for litigation support. Their products and services are used to automate a wide range of manual processes, such as logical document division (unitization) and document indexing (coding) - saving significant time and money, and increasing quality.

Bridge City Legal which ranked 3,802th, is a premier litigation management and consulting company offering comprehensive tools for case management. Established in 1999, Bridge City Legal operates offices in Portland OR, Boise ID, and Las Vegas NV and regularly works with leading law firms and corporations on time sensitive projects and document intensive cases.

The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2004, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. Revenue in 2004 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2007 must have been at least $2 million.
