This strategic acquisition expands Deloitte FAS' existing suite ofservices offered to companies and counsel related to disputes andinvestigations. As a result of this transaction, Deloitte FAS completes thecontinuum of services that it already offers: from discovery (including allaspects of electronic discovery), to document review, through complexforensic investigations and analyses, to final deliverables.
Based in Westfield, N.J., Barrasso Consulting was founded in 1989 byDiane Barrasso. The firm specializes in electronic and hard copy datacollection and document review, which allows companies to organize filesand respond more quickly and efficiently in the event of litigation.
